Observation

Outdoor play structure has unsealed wood in areas that may cause splinters. Plastic bags and other items were accessible in the infant room under the sink. On the ramp that leads to the play yards and the second building the platform is greater that 18 inches to the ground so a guardrail or other way to keep children from falling off the ramp is required. Outlet in the infant room is not tamper resistant. Outlet in the restroom in the mixed age group room is not a GFCI outlet.
